I contacted them today and spoke with Chiao (pronounced “Chow”) and she was extremely helpful over the phone. I’m new to having a 10-gallon freshwater tank and I explained that my fish had been happy and thriving since September when I got them. Unfortunately, I recently added a new fish which triggered an ich outbreak in my tank affecting my other fish. Chiao patiently listened to my situation and asked questions about what I had done so far, and explained step by step what I should do next. I really appreciate someone taking the time to help especially as a newbie. I had done my research and felt prepared before getting fish but hearing advice from her expertise and guidance made me feel a lot more confident and reassured. Sadly, my new fish I introduced didn’t make it but I’m hopeful that my longtime fish will make it through this. Thanks in large part to her help. I’m very grateful for Chiao’s time and would highly recommend reaching out if you need support with your aquarium.

Harold responded quickly from the beginning. I had someone maintaining my tank from before and I'm glad I switched. The transformation was night and day. Extremely knowledgeable and provides great service. Just look at the photos for before and after! Highly recommend him for any of your aquarium needs.

We first contacted Aquatech for monthly cleanings, which was great. We also were provided invaluable assistance as we moved from a very basic 20-gallon pet store aquarium to a gorgeous 55-gallon tank. Harold put so much thought into the set-up and design, and the results are beautiful. Harold responds promptly when we have concerns about water quality or the health of our fish, and has helped us add species and new fish as needed. We have utmost confidence in Aquatech and would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of a fish tank without hassle or worry.

Great service. Harold is very passionate about aquarium design and fish. We started with an existing 5 year old 25 gallon tank and the attached picture is what he setup. He came with an extensive selection of coral and plants, and had all the accessories we needed. We discussed fish options which he picked up the morning of the setup. Pricing was upfront and reasonable, and everything was itemized. We are very pleased with his service and passion. The initial setup was one week ago. We will continue to use him for future services.

Harold helped me with a new 306 gallon tank and Has exceeded my expectations throughout. Here are a few reasons why 1. Explained all the choices and options. He knows his stuff! 2. He is always available and responsive. He checks in, tells you what to watch out for, what not to do, etc. text him he will hit you back. 3. He stocked my tank with an awesome variety and included some LARGE fish. Was super impressed. 4. He is incredibly patient and flexible. Our renovation that included the tank took considerably longer than we had hoped. This meant Harold had a bunch of fish waiting to go into the new tank for weeks and weeks while the contractors finished the rest of the room. Once it was done I had a ton of great fish right away (see #3). You won't be disappointed if you choose Aquatech.
