I've been incredibly grateful to train with Missy for nearly a year while working to recover/manage a persistent knee injury. Thanks to my time with Missy, I've gained overall strength that has helped me get back to group fitness and continued to strengthen my irritated knee. She's thoughtful, patient and pushes just enough to make sure I'm gaining strength and challenging myself while staying pain-free. If you're looking for a trainer that can offer personalized attention while managing injury, Missy is a great choice.

Missy is in a class of her own when it comes to personal training. As other reviewers have mentioned, Missy writes a new workout for every single session depending on your goals and what was covered the previous session, especially if you meet twice a week. She is highly attentive, encouraging and challenging, always asking, "Is this weight challenging but doable?" She demonstrates each exercise before you do it, both for form and safety. Missy also follows up by text the day after every workout to see how your body is feeling and if she should be aware of anything before she plans the next workout. While Missy is conversational and fun, she never allows our chit chat to take time away from the actual workout (and doesn't allow her clients to either.:). I look forward to my training sessions with Missy and feel stronger and more balanced in my body. If I could give Missy 10 stars, I would!

My husband & and I zoom with Missy twice a week from Iowa. We have been training with her for 3 years. Each & every training day, Missy mixes up our workouts. Missy is an incredible trainer. She is experienced , committed and always encouraging. She is very observant during sessions and tweaks subsequent workouts based on those observations. She is highly motivating and knows how to pace sessions, as well as incremental increases in work, so that I improve and don’t get overwhelmed or discouraged. I also love that she guides me on proper form to be sure I work the correct muscles and not hurt myself. Cannot recommend her enough!!
