This is a beautiful place to meditate. Am I confused though? From what I gather on their website, they have racially segregated meditation groups? Am I having inverted flashbacks from the Jim Crow Era?

I took the level 1 meditation class and it was a wonderful experience. The people there are very nice and friendly. Nobody cares who you are or what you do. Everybody is treated equally with respect. There is open meditation for anybody on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings where anybody can sit on a cushion and meditate. I highly recommend this place for anybody how would like to be a better self of you.

A place I call home. The community of meditators, practitioners, and teachers are warm, loving, and open to ALL. I started taking classes in 2010 and over time just kept coming as there was something I could not place my finger. I kept getting the nudge to keep going. So here 8 years later I am fully involved and supportive of this community as it as given so much to me personally which I know impacts my every interaction. Whether you want to learn to meditate or are a long time meditator this is a warm, accepting, and loving SAFE PLACE that allows you to work with your mind and be with others who are also taking their seats.

My wife and I truly enjoy ourselves. We went to the Open House on Tuesday. Unfortunately, we arrived a few minutes late but we immediately took our places and indulged with the group. After, the section we proceeded with an open discussion. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere, instructor, the location, and our 1st time experience there. We are looking forward to continuing our experience there.
