100% want to recommend them we had reserved with another limo service , cancel the same day of my grandparents weeding!!! They showed up one hour before for the church ceremony !!! Stepped in and took over always going to be grateful for that!!! Thank yall for everything!! And Awesome driver played our favorite songs the whole ride to the venue!!

The service and professionalism was second to none. The driver Riley arrived 15 mins early which allowed us to gather our things and get situated before the drive. Riley drove safe and ensured that we were comfortable going from Killeen to Austin and back to Killeen. The car provided was perfect for my family and the occasion. Austin Elite Limo made our transition to and from the restaurant seamless. This was an important occasion for us and their service was top notch. The driver even waited an extra 30 mins until we completed our meal. I will be using their service again in the future. Thank you for making our night special!!!!

GREAT Service! We booked a car and driver for my son's senior prom in downtown Austin. We were concerned about my son and his date (both minors) navigating downtown Austin at night. AEL was the best decision! Bill helped us book (a black Escalade) and walked us through all the details. That night, Martin picked up our kids and set our minds at ease, "They'll be in good hands. I'll take care of them." Our kids had the best time, and Martin was a complete professional. I cannot thank them enough for the care and attention!!

I recently used Austin Elite Limo for transportation to the chess nationals championship, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. Our bus driver, Riley, went above and beyond to take care of all of our needs throughout the trip. The bus itself was beautiful and immaculately clean, making for a comfortable and enjoyable ride. Riley was an absolute professional, and his courteous manner made us feel at ease throughout the journey. He was always ready to help with anything we needed, from loading and unloading our luggage to making sure we had plenty of snacks and drinks. In addition to Riley's exceptional service, I was also impressed with William, our dispatcher. He was a pleasure to work with, and he made sure everything was running smoothly from start to finish. Overall, I would highly recommend Austin Elite Limo to anyone in need of reliable, luxurious transportation. We booked a ride from Austin to Houston int. Airport. Our driver was at the pick up point before time. He was very helpful and professional. This company is my first choice whenever I need a limo service in the USA.
