Excellent introduction class with Barbara Babcock. First time trying pilates, learned a lot and received plenty of individual attention on Reformer. Beautiful studio. Just be aware that Google Maps will not send you to the right place -- look for the building and sign I shared.

Thanks to my wife who introduced me to Authentic Pilates. I have for the last year been mainly having privet sessions with Anna-Preston. Thanks to her knowledge, experience and dedication she has not only helped me with my spine injuries. Authentic Pilates in Greensboro is truly one of the best and professional Studios I’ve ever trained in and I have trained Pilates all over the world. I’m 65 now and have a baggage of a lot of surgeries and implants, I believe that putting my body in Anna-Preston’s care has been the best way off “ returning to life” AP now now’s my body so much that I’m relying on Her 100% and that she challenges me further in my Journey in Classic Pilates! And! I’m not! Complaining how well my body feels and looks!
