CoreX studio is a rare find. They use the Pilates spring board system which requires deeper core engagement stability and challenges your balance and strength in a full body work-out. It allows for hundreds of exercises including standing, sitting, and lying down making it highly adaptable for all fitness levels. I’ve been a client for almost six years through good health times and with injuries and am always able to get a great workout. Most of the instructors have education, nursing or PT backgrounds so they are observing and correcting your movements in a mindful way. The pricing is a good value especially with the class packages and the studio is lovely plus woman-owned!

I have been going to CoreX for about a year (2 times/week), and their program has really helped increase my strength and enhance my active quality of life. The instructors are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and supportive. It's a great way to spend an hour, and I always feel that it has been a great workout.
