Thank you, Oscar, for repairing my car in under 30 minutes. Thanks to your installers, Ozzi and Ricardo, who were very kind and polite. At first, they spoke Spanish among themselves, but then they noticed I was upset because I couldn't understand what they were saying. They apologized. Ricardo told me, "I'm sorry, it's just that my native language is Spanish." After 10 minutes of asking him questions, I started laughing and told him, "Liar! You speak English because you answered everything I asked, and you don't even have an accent!" Ozzi laughed and said, "I speak perfect English, but sometimes I don't know what to answer." Ricardo started talking and explaining. I asked Ricardo how he could explain if he didn't know English, and he replied that he knew his work English perfectly. After being angry, they made my day.
