I injured my left shoulder in March 2023 and did nothing about it. It was very painful to try to raise my arm over my head. To do a push-up or any kind of jumping jacks not that I ever did those things, but now that my shoulder was hurting, I tried to see what I could do. I first went to Kaiser and . I would go twice a week and they would put some kind of ointment on my shoulder and then use a massage wand on my shoulder and that did absolutely nothing for it. I felt no improvement and yes, I stopped going, I felt it was a waste of everyone’s time. Now in September of 2025, I decided to see if I could do something to get my shoulder fixed or if my left arm would be useless because of my March 2023 accident. I could not raise my arm at all and I didn’t use it. It was just there. I feel the whole staff is awesome. They are friendly. It’s really a nice healthy environment. I was fortunate to get Dr. Emma or maybe they chose straws and she lost and got me however she is awesome/amazing. It has been a few months of therapy and I can now lift my arm past shoulder height Where I before I could not get past my waist. I stay have a ways to go, but I do feel like I have regained my arm back. My arm now feels like it’s part of the rest of the body and I’m sure no time at all I will have full 100% usage of it. Dr. Emma has been helping me through leg and knee pain from running and I can say that with each session my legs feel that much stronger and healthier. My running is improving each week. She is well versed and very knowledgable in navigating me through each exercise and explaining how they all help me. Definitely would recommend to anybody for anyone looking for a physical therapists. Great organization overall.

I’ve been going to AUTO-NESS PT for a while, and it’s been a really positive experience. The staff is friendly and easy to work with, and the atmosphere is relaxed but professional. She genuinely cares about my progress and even takes an interest in what’s happening in my life, which makes each visit a lot more personal.
