I was looking to get some help in strengthening my right ankle and knee after a freak accident injury. I went to Dr. Claire. We did “one on one” physically therapy for 10 sessions . She stretched me and did some soft tissue work then she put me to WORK. And I loved it. During my therapy sessions she taught me a lot about my movement patterns and what I needed to focus on to attain my end goal. I got a lot more than I asked. It was challenging but extremely beneficial. Thank you Dr. Claire for putting me on the right path

I had great results after seeing Claire! I suffered from back pain with sciatica for years and it’s finally gone! I had seen other physical therapists and chiropractors in the past but never improved. After my visits with Claire, I haven’t had any further issues!! My husband also received therapy for ankle pain and is pain free!! Highly recommend!!

I recently saw physical therapist Gabi for an ongoing issue with my knee that was painful everyday and impacting my daily life and ability to exercise. She diagnosed me in the first 20 minutes of my appt and had me pain free in less than a month. She’s super skillful. I also love the perform space. Very welcoming and they will fix you!

Dr Claire has been amazing to work with. From our discovery call I felt heard, seen, and finally like someone who understands the totality of dealing with an injury as an athlete means. I’ve seen continue and deep improvement during our work, less pain, more strength and stability and overall feeling much better. The access and flexibility are also so helpful. Highly recommend!
