I’ve had a stellar experience working with Lizzy Treehart at Catalyst Physical Therapy. Over the past 35 years, I’ve dealt with multiple sports injuries that required surgery, and frankly, I’ve often found physical therapy to be underwhelming and ineffective. That changed completely with Catalyst—and especially with Lizzy. Lizzy is exceptionally well-educated, has a deep and practical understanding of human anatomy, and is highly attuned to body mechanics in real time. The staff is great at Catalyst MV and I really enjoy the atmosphere here! I have been doing PT with Maya for about a month now and she has been great. I loved that in our first session she listened to my concerns and had me set goals for myself so that I have something to work towards.

I love this place. The front desk staff are respectful and polite as well any of therapists you meet. My therapist Olivia is awesome she listens and adjust your exercises based capability and need. She explains what each excercise does for the body and she follows up to ensure her plan for recovery is actually working. Additionally, she is a great listener. I have had way better progress with my recovery here than I ever experienced in the military. Thank you guys for getting me to where I am now.

Catalyst is an amazing PT clinic! All of the staff from the front desk, PT aids, and massage therapists are all very friendly and professional. The PTs I saw were all very knowledgeable and worked with me through many sports related injuries. Audra especially, is one of the most thorough PTs I have ever seen, she makes sure she finds something that works no matter the issue. I felt very well taken care of as she worked above and beyond to make sure I hit my goals. On top of that, she is incredibly kind and personable to make all her patients feel very comfortable sharing issues and feedback. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I started PT at Catalyst in early September after an arthroscopic knee surgery. My therapist was Lizzie Treeheart and she was fantastic! She is a very kind person and she always checked in with me about my pain levels. But in addition, she explained very well why we were doing each exercise, gave great instructions to maximize the exercise, and paid attention to correct my form when needed. I achieved all of my recovery goals and am now happily exercising again without pain. Lizzie is great!
