I can’t say enough great things about this team. Every therapist here is kind, professional, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. They approach each session with creativity, tailoring every exercise to my personality and needs — which makes even the hard work of PT fun! All of the PTs are amazing, and Alexis is truly the best — knowledgeable, encouraging, and always positive. The PT assistants are just as fantastic — attentive, motivating, and always ready with a smile. And the front desk staff is top-notch — welcoming, organized, and always making scheduling a breeze. I cannot say enough great things about the team at Longevity San Marcos. My physical therapist, Giovanna, has been wonderful to work with. She is very patient, empathetic, understanding and encouraging. I always feel like I am being heard and that I am being supported on my recovery journey. I feel like I have made a lot of progress working with Giovanna and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Jimmy is hands down the best PT I’ve ever worked with. From day one he’s helped me make incredible progress in such a short amount of time. His attention to detail is unmatched. He really takes the whole body into account, making sure everything we do has a purpose and flows together. I’ve not only gotten stronger and seen real results, but I’ve also gained a ton of confidence thanks to his guidance. Every session feels productive and motivating, and he explains things in a way that just makes sense. He truly cares about your progress and knows how to get you there, Jimmy is the one.

I honestly didn’t think physical therapy would help me. I had tried so many other things for my knee injury and even had a bad experience at another clinic where I was made to feel inadequate and even laughed at for being weak. That left me discouraged and convinced PT wasn’t for me. Giving Longevity a chance has been a complete night-and-day difference. From the moment I started working with Jimmy (and his student Kyle while he was here), I felt supported, encouraged, and challenged in the best way. They’ve been patient, kind, and motivating, pushing me to do hard things but always making me feel capable. For the first time since my injury, I actually feel hopeful about getting back to the active lifestyle I love. Even in just a short time, the progress I’ve made has been incredible. Jimmy has a way of knowing when to push and when to encourage, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him and the team at Longevity. The whole atmosphere here is welcoming and positive, which makes a huge difference when you’re recovering from an injury.
