I cannot say enough great things about the team at Longevity San Marcos. My physical therapist, Giovanna, has been wonderful to work with. She is very patient, empathetic, understanding and encouraging. I always feel like I am being heard and that I am being supported on my recovery journey. Jimmy is hands down the best PT I’ve ever worked with. From day one he’s helped me make incredible progress in such a short amount of time. His attention to detail is unmatched. He really takes the whole body into account, making sure everything we do has a purpose and flows together. I’ve not only gotten stronger and seen real results, but I’ve also gained a ton of confidence thanks to his guidance. Every session feels productive and motivating, and he explains things in a way that just makes sense. He truly cares about your progress and knows how to get you there, Jimmy is the one.

I honestly didn’t think physical therapy would help me. I had tried so many other things for my knee injury and even had a bad experience at another clinic where I was made to feel inadequate and even laughed at for being weak.
