Today me and my partner went in to look at men’s jewellery, and the man that served us was rude and snobby, and would not share any information on the rings or sizes due to the fact we wanted to look online, which was strange as the prices were more expensive in store than online. We are young and like knowing what sizes of jewellery would fit us for further reference.

As others have said, this place is by far the best clothes shop in Birmingham. Even when I was living in London for 10 years, I would still buy most of my clothes here. The selection of pieces combined with the service and knowledge from Carl are unparalleled in my experience.

Bar far the best place in Birmingham for menswear always made to feel welcome and i been shopping there 4 a least 25 years you always find something a little bit different and quality is excellent

Answer to every single question is "no we don't have that in stock but we may have it online". Staff knowledge is not quite as good as I would hope, though it does depend on who is available. Pretty shoddy decor, and could certainly be cleaner.
