White Knight was seriously amazing to work with for our 600 person Grand Opening event. Through all the changes we had to this event, and there were A LOT of changes, White Knight never said no and were never difficult to work. We were changing the order and the delivery time all the way up to the day before the event and they were awesome every step of the way. The delivery guy even helped us move our cake from another vendor! So nice! Once we set up our event, we realized we needed another table. White Knight delivered another table and linen within the hour! Hands down, we will use again!
We've rented from White Knight for several holiday parties. This weekend we rented a combo bounce house for my sons birthday. It was much cooler in person then the picture showed. I was concerned about the party start time and delivery window. They routed my delivery to get to me early to make sure I didn't have any issues. Both the delivery and pick up guys were great.
I was on the planning committee for the Junior League of Phoenix's Legacy Celebration. This is one of our big annual fundraisers, with typical attendance of 200-300 people. The owner, Ken was so easy to work with. He responded very quickly and was very responsive to our every need. The invoice was itemized and easy to break down, and rates are very competitive. We rented all of the tables, chairs, and linens for our event this year through White Knight. Delivery was right on time, as was the pickup. I would highly recommend Ken and White Knight and will likely be reaching out to them for any future needs whether it be for personal or business.
Hired White Knight for a baby shower event, and I can't say enough great things about them! They called the day before to let me know what time the tables and chairs would be delivered; the delivery drivers were on time, extremely helpful and friendly. The pickup drivers the following day also gave me a courtesy call prior to their arrival, and were also extremely nice and helpful. Will definitely use again!!
We worked with White Knight Party Rentals for our Open House/Grand Opening. It was a great great success and we could not have done it without their help. They were extremely helpful when ordering and even went out and bought more drink troughs for us! The set up was quick and so was the tear down. They were fantastic! We would definitely recommend them for any up coming party.
