I recently visited BalaBala Laser Clinic on Grenfell Street for a consultation. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the city centre and easy to get to. The clinic itself has a good environment; it's clean, modern, and feels professional yet welcoming. The staff were friendly and took the time to explain the process clearly. It was a straightforward and positive first impression.

I’ve been a client with balabala for over a year now. Always love Xue Er and Nicole’s work. While Karen has always been very prompt with follow ups. She always checks on me a day post treatment to make sure everything is all right. Definitely recommend the clinic :)

IQ was excellent. Loved that she took time to give advice while having the session, shows how she really cares for her clients. It was a relaxing session too. She’s amazing, excellent customer service. Can’t wait for another session again with her. Worth your money.
