Our dogs love daycare at Bark and Zoom! They have a great team who make me feel confident about trusting them with the daily care of our pups. The facility is clean and well run. My dogs always seem happy and relaxed when I pick them up. They offer a full range of services and being able to drop them off and pick them up to fit my work schedule make them THE place in Austin for pet care!

I have an older insecure dog and travel for work quite a bit. I’m very grateful for Bark & Zoom; they keep him safe and happy and are very responsive and communicative. Maxine has also been helping us with training, specifically with overcoming some stranger danger and introducing him to new people. She’s really fantastic; not only is she super responsive, she is masterful with my dog and put me at ease. We’ve made quick progress. I’ve been very impressed.

My dog has anxiety so I’m normally cautious about whose care she is left in, but bark & zoom has exceptional service. They communicate any time she has problems eating or any other concerns they have. I love the option to have a webcam to check in on my dog any time I want to. The shuttle and parking provided for the airport is a great additional service too! I’ll always choose bark & zoom for my dog’s stays.

I've been using Bark and Zoom for about a year. The service and convenience has been great. There's no need to drop off and pickup my dog somewhere else, which can cost more. The valet is much faster than normal parking services, they're waiting for us at landing. Just this week I had my plans change and had to have a friend pickup the car and my pup and they coordinated it well.

Bark n Zoom has such a caring and friendly staff. My dog always seems happy when she’s there, which gives me peace of mind. I really appreciate how they send updates when you’re away, and the facility itself is very clean and well maintained. My only gripe is with grooming. I don’t usually use their grooming services, but the one time I did, my dog’s haircut wasn’t great. It doesn’t take away from the wonderful care she always gets here, but I’ll probably stick to outside grooming next time. Overall, highly recommend Bark n Zoom for boarding and daycare — it’s clear they truly love the pets they care for!
