DO NOT TAKE YOUR APPLE PRODUCTS HERE! They damaged my phone and the owner Dawn refuses to pay for the part his employee ROBERT damaged. The first time I originally picked up my phone an employee put blue tape on it and Robert was concerned about who put the blue tape on it to the point of arguing with me that there was no blue tape in their store. He then researched and found out that they indeed have blue tape in their store and it was an employee that put the blue tape on my phone. He needs serious customer service training.

My dog decided to test the strength of my Samsung Galaxy S8+ Touch Screen.....he won I called just minutes before closing and the representative was more than happy to help. He checked inventory to ensure product was on hand and I made an online appointment for early next morning. Very quick and professional service. Repair was flawless. They assisted me in choosing a more protective (dog proof) case. We talked a bit about flashlights while I was waiting because when you live out in the boonies...you need a powerful light.. OH YEA....The LED light they recommended is the best ever...I bought the adjustable beam....That thing on flood setting... lights up the whole yard...and then some. The focused beam is simply crazy bright at a very long distance. Thank you for the EXCELLENT service...I will be back...and hopefully not for another touch screen.

The techs at Batteries+Bulbs took care of my iPhone's cracked screen quickly and thoroughly and I even found some energy-saving low heat light bulbs to replace some old ones that were getting too hot and using way too much electricity. Repaired my iPhone 7 screen so I can upgrade for the 8. It seemed like it had no issues so I sent it in for the upgrade. Revived a phone call from Sprint saying the phone I send in has an issue with the LCD and I owed them the remaining balance of the phone. Asked them to send it back. Revived the my old iPhone 7 and went back to have them warranty the screen. They had it for 30 minutes then called me saying my phone has a mother board issue and there was nothing they could do for me. Phone worked perfectly before with just a minor crack on the screen. I will not recommended this place.
