The last few weeks I've been having weird issues with my phone, the battery draining fast and my phone randomly restarting. After it had happened more then a few times I decided to see about getting a battery replacement. usually I'm in Sacramento with a few more options, but I was in Reno this past weekend visiting and I decided to get it fixed now rather the let the problem get worse. To preface, I have a Motorola which isn't as popular as apple so it's a bit harder to find my parts. the first place I went quoted me over $200+ and multiple days of waiting for the battery to come in. I called around and found moon cell, they were the only shop in Reno that had my battery on hand and could replace it the same day. I called and spoke with Ishraq who helped me at the kioski. it took him 20 minutes to replace it, but the replacement battery was old and wouldn't charge. He had preemptively ordered me a new battery before I arrived which would be there the next day in case this happened. When I went back in I met moon who was just as nice and helpful and had my phone fixed almost as fast as Ishraq. they were insanely cheap, only 50$ and gave exceptional and quick service. I highly recommend them! Thank you guys again for the amazing service!
