Every instructor has been so encouraging and upbeat. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. I’m so happy my sister-in-law and I found this place after attempts at others. The hour flies by but the burn after lasts for a couple days! Very reasonably priced. Can’t beat it!
Jynel’s hot mat Pilates helped pull me out of a funk after a knee injury kept me from running. Not only do I get a great workout, but I’m also reminded to be kind to myself as I work through my injury and navigate moments where I feel limited. I look forward to continuing classes, as I’ve grown to love Pilates almost as much—if not more—than running. Her class has been exactly what I needed, both physically and mentally.
