I’ve tried just about every hot yoga studio in town and this one is my absolute favorite! I LOVE the dark lighting because it helps me stay focused on my practice and alleviates any self-consciousness. It’s also consistently HOT, which is difficult to find at some of the other studios. All the teachers are wonderful, but I have to give a shout out to two of my favorites: Rachel and Liu. I normally don’t prefer a whole lot of verbal instruction during class, but Rachel is so empowering and her words are so uplifting that I wish I could carry her voice in my head throughout the day! She also gives individual attention with slight adjustments when necessary. As for Liu, he guides his classes with such fluidity and his voice is so soothing, I walk away with a natural high. That said, check out any of the offerings at this studio and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

I started coming about two months ago. I love how each instructor has their own way of teaching yoga and every class I have attended always made me want to come back. I enjoy working on my mind and body so this has really helped me be more calm and take everything with ease. I highly recommend this location. My mother and her boyfriend also started coming once I told them how great it is here!

Overall I love the space, it’s super dark which is so nice to practice in, and there is plenty of space so you’re not mat to mat next to someone. I usually have really good experiences at Tru, but Hot Yoga Glow on Monday night was not my favorite. The music was extremely loud, to a point where I needed ear plugs & I could feel like my ears would be ringing. The bass on all of the songs were so loud, the walls were vibrating and I could hear it outside of the classroom. I have tinnitus so it was the most soothing/relaxing yoga class. This just wasn’t my cup of tea and that’s okay, I will gladly try another class at Tru.
