Not welcoming. Tip to correct this: “Hi, welcome in! Please check in on the iPad and once you’re done, there are cubbies to the right to place your shoes in. We ask all guests to please wash their feet before entering the studio.” [Then physically provide a tour of the studio of where the blankets, blocks, bolsters and restroom are. If you don’t have time, say “Once you enter, the blocks and bolsters will be on the right wall and the blankets in the back room in the cubbies and I will see you in there.” What I received as a first time patron: I walk in with no greeting. I see iPad and assume I check in there. I turn to the right and see a patron by the cubbies and assume that’s where my shoes go. Told to get bolster, blocks, blanket and wash feet. Okay, I walk in with no idea where anything is. I see a patron walk out of the back room and assume that is where the bolster, blocks, and blankets are. I stand there in what looks like a supply closet confused not wanting to rummage through what looks like employees only. Another patron walks in a sees my confusion and helps me directing where the bolsters, blocks, and blankets are. [Another patron should not have to do this. This should be the responsibility of the instructor or staff member] Instructor was divine energy. Lights and music were a little overstimulating but dimmed closer to the end of class. Staffer apologized after class. This is my first impression of you. Do better for the next new patron.

First timer here!! Not only was this my first time at this studio (I popped in while on a work trip), but it was also my first ever Pilates class. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warmest, friendliest staff—and even the other students were so welcoming! I took Noelle’s class and absolutely loved it. I walked in not knowing what to expect and walked out with a whole new appreciation for all the Pilates girlies in my life!

Great yoga studio with a wide variety of classes. All the teachers I've taken classes from have been excellent, very supportive and kind. They know their stuff! It's a very welcoming place, exceptionally clean, all the props you need are provided. During Covid, most (maybe all) of the yoga studios in Albuquerque closed. I missed in-person yoga so much, but that loss led me to find Unwind. I'm so happy and grateful that Ashley opened this studio and has built a wonderful yoga community here.

If you are not just looking for a good yoga studio, with a variety of classes, think about a yoga community with superb and caing yoga teachers, a depth of training, and classes available for a wide range of experience, including the novice student. I love it here. Under the guidance of the owner, Ashley, the students thrive. There are also a large variety of interesting workshops if you want to see for yourself.
