I have been practicing here for almost two years. There is a great mix of class varieties and times, which is why I chose this studio even though it is far from home. I have enjoyed all of the instructors and have grown in my practice with each of them.

I found Elevation Yoga through a Google search, and I’m endlessly grateful I did. In just two months, it’s become one of the most grounding parts of my life. What keeps me coming back is the variety of classes, especially hot yoga, which I never expected to love. The schedule is incredibly accommodating, with options from 5am to evening, making it easy to stay consistent. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and free of ego, and the yoga instructors—especially Phillip, Beate, and Angela—radiate genuine care and wisdom. One class with Phillip turned into an impromptu Qi Gong session, which deeply moved me and expanded how I experience my body and energy. That class alone changed something in me. The students here are just as open-hearted—after my first class, I felt safe, seen, and comfortable starting conversations. You’re met exactly where you are. Everything is thoughtfully designed: from the room temperature and music to the class descriptions and prices, which are refreshingly reasonable. I even grabbed a year of unlimited classes during a promotion for just $660. The welcome packet with guest passes and discounts added a personal touch I loved. If I had one small suggestion, it’s that the entrance can be a bit tricky to find; just know it’s connected to and uses the same lobby as the eyelash salon in the plaza/ mall. If you’re on the fence, this is your sign. Come as you are. Elevation Yoga is a space that nurtures strength, stillness, and connection on every level.

I have really enjoyed the studio, classes, and instructors when I attended with a friend in early 2025. So, I purchased an intro offer and have never used the app. To my surprise, I received a second debit from my account the following month. I didn’t realize I had been forced into a membership just by purchasing an intro package. When I asked to please help me fix the problem, She told me she cannot refund my money due to policy. I reluctantly agreed to use the credits in the future and was told to send an email to cancel my membership. So, I sent the email. However, the debit came out of my account a third month! When I quickly emailed to explain my situation again and asked for a refund. Many emails were sent to me from various employees explaining the policies. I asked to speak to the owner. Too bad the owner, Peyton is only focused on her policies and doesn’t seem to put her customers first. I requested a refund and was again told I can “enjoy the studio,” “gift the classes,” “not fair” to other patrons. She also told me she cannot remove my debit card, I must do it from the app, which I do not have. How does the owner not have the ability to remove payment cards or cancel memberships? Unbelievable! I find it strange and uncomfortable to learn she feigns ignorance, as if the business practices are out of her control. I am a Disabled Combat Veteran with emotional, psychological, and physical limitations from serving honorably in The USA. Although I have been unable to attend a single class since FEB2025 due to VA appointments, chronic pain, and PTSD retreats, she refuses to refund ANY of my money due to her “policies.” The argument of “fairness” is a great fallacy, there can only be true equity. We must do better, and unfortunately Ms. Peyton and her yoga studio, Elevation Yoga will not get anymore business from me. Shameful, impersonal, and money-hungry. To treat everyone the same is not “fair” because we are not the same. Having true compassion and integrity, treating all people with equity is the only choice.

I have been coming to elevation since March / April and I love this place ! I am constantly recommending this yoga studio to friends and coworkers! I have tried a few others here in town but this has been by far my favorite ! There’s a wide variety of classes every month which I love ! My favorite part would be the instructors — every instructor I have met here has been very knowledgeable, kind and so genuine! The owner Payton is very helpful and kind as well! She made the joining part easy and makes a intro packet for all new members :)
