We got to know Steve over several years living in Long Beach. He was our daughter's soccer coach. When we decided to sell our house we spoke to many people - friends, family, and other realtors. Steve and his team were amazing! We are out of state owners who could not have imagined it could be this easy to get our condo sold. Steve knows the market and his advice was always spot on and honest. Steve and his team coordinated all the updates to get our unit ready to sell so that we did not have to worry about the details. He was a great communicator and highly professional every step of the way. We received three offers within a couple days of the first open house and sold it for more than we expected!
