I retained Nancy to sell a condo in Long Beach and purchase a SFR in Temecula, though a 1031 exchange. While the purchase was clean and simple, the sale proved difficult and complex. Nancy did a wonderful job navigating my needs while also persuading the buyer to to push through escrow. Nancy also did a super job handling all aspects of the 1031 intermediary. I will definitely use Nancy again next time I have real estate needs!

Nancy Deprez, a realtor with Sotheby's, provided us with unparalleled service on our sale of a condo in Long Beach. Nancy was thorough, professional, always reachable, and has relationships with other necessary entities (we did a 1031 exchange which is complicated, but Nancy made it easy for us).
