Our experience with INTI Realty has been amazing! Gia and her team especially Kathy have been great at helping us sell our current house as well as with purchasing a new one. They have everything covered from all sorts of inspections, open house, house visits, behind the scenes negotiations, and could not have made the process more seamless.

We were first time buyers and knew nothing about the home buying process. Kathy was extremely patient and never acted liked our questions were an inconvenience. She was very patient and most importantly we never felt pushed into any decision. She let us move at our own pace. Kathy and INTI Realty were phenomenal in every aspect of our home purchase. From the beginning house showing to the close of the property, she was always honest, communicative, and supportive. She is very knowledgeable about real estate, and understands what our goals were. She worked with the sellers agent, coordinated inspections, and made the entire process streamlined and easy. We always felt she had our interests in mind with negotiations, and went out of her way to take care of one small issue that came up unexpectedly before close. The lender she recommended was amazing and gave us the best rate we could possibly get. The escrow team was also fantastic with keeping us on schedule and communicating. We would love to work with her and INTI Realty again in the future!

I was referred to Gia by a friend and immediately felt connected to her warmth, confidence, and knowledge. We were buying during a very intense period with low supply and high demand. We also had the added complexity of selling our condo while trying to find and buy a house all while parenting our two young children. Gia and Kathy convinced us they could make it happen, and we trusted the process and it worked! They helped us get a great offer for our condo, including a rent back period while we bought and renovated our new house in our top choice neighborhood. Kathy was great to work with, always available for us, and their team behind the scenes kept us on top of all the many tasks and signatures we needed to move through the process.
