When our Mother passed we were faced with the challenge of selling our family home of over 50 years. We found The Oriana Shea group via recommendation. The nature of the sale was uncertain due to the location and condition of the property. We tried several different approaches but ultimately compromised on an AS-IS sale with some light remodeling based upon Oriana's recommendations. The net outcome was a rapid sale above our asking price. Oriana and her team stuck with and supported us through the entire evolution of the project, making this difficult and emotional task very systematic and understandable. She listened to us, responded to our concerns, and worked with us to a successful outcome. I found Oriana Shea to be the best agent for our trust sale. As Trustees, my brother and were faced with selling a home in Sunset Beach that had been in our family for over 50 years. It took a while for us to decide on what type of sale was right for us (investor, private/family or market sale). Oriana and her team offered options, including estimated proceeds and timelines. We actually explored all 3 types of options and ultimately did a lite remodel and listed on the MLS. Within a week, we received an offer above the listing price and closed the sale in 21 days. Oriana and Roni were excellent partners throughout the process and we also enjoyed working with the contractors (New Ranch), Carpeting (Bixby Plaza) and Escrow (Escrow Heights) that they recommended. We had an awesome experience with The Oriana Shea Group when selling our 1905 historic home. They did a remarkable job with the online marketing and getting the word out quickly. They convinced us how important staging the house would be and it certainly paid off and quickly. The house sold in less than 2 weeks! A good friend of mine passed away last year and as the trustee for her estate I was tasked with selling her 6 properties in Southern California. It was a bit overwhelming for me, which is why the trust attorney referred me to Oriana to help me. From the beginning The Oriana Shea Group was professional, made the process seamless and even helped facilitate the properties that were out of the area. The escrow companies she recommended were also great to work with and made everything move along. We sold all the properties for top dollar within 3 months! The best part about this experience is my new found friendship with Oriana. As far as I’m concerned, Oriana Shea is the best Realtor I’ve ever done business with! I highly recommend her to anyone that asks especially if you need to sell property in a trust.

Oriana Shea and The Oriana Shea Group were recommended by my good neighbors. After meeting her, it was apparent Oriana knew this area well, a huge advantage. After learning I was of poor health, she and her associates made me feel at ease during this entire process and made sound recommendations. Her confidence and advice in getting the house ready for showing was indispensable, with the marketing effort being extraordinary - including the fine photography.. She even communicated with my out of state realtor without my asking, advising her as necessary of the progress and timing. This resulted in multiple offers in just a few days, yielding a very timely exodus for my daughter and me.
