Technician was on time and professional. Juan explained what he was going to do and what would have to be done if the first procedure did not work. He also stated the price up front. He worked quickly and efficiently. The company sends texts to keep you updated and includes the picture of the tech. Reasonable for a Saturday.
Juan was awesome. Very professional. Very polite. Very knowledgeable. He laid everything out very simply so even I could understand it. I needed a valve replaced. He showed me the cost and the cost of putting a new one in. Gave me plenty of options. It was also a good price. Very happy. Glad I went with Benjamin Franklin. I really didn't know and kind of picked at random.
had to get my water heater replaced because i was randomly out of hot water. Called at 9:30 am and had it all done and replaced by 4!! I already have hot water again and it’s still daylight!!! they did amazing. fast workers and did what they came to do and got out. Will definitely be contacting in the future if anything else happens !!!
Bryce and Don were excellent. I have been calling for Don’s expert Plumming services for over 15 years. Our home is 80 years old and he understands whatever the problem is. He is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet.
I REALLY appreciate Juan 1 and Juan 2. Both were very knowledgeable, patient, polite, and ACTIVE Listeners. They took pride in helping us resolve the issue. They provided the maybe and the worst case scenario. Mr. Scott came with them the next day and he is amazing and a patient supervisor. He lead by example and it shows.
