Every person I interacted with at Pristine Plumbing was the best. Natalie helped me on the phone and was very, very nice. Ron came out asap for diagnosis and showed me on the camera that my clay sewer pipe had collapsed. He was very patient, went over my options with me and by Monday early afternoon I had fully replaced sewer main. Josh got to my house before I left for work and was done before lunch. I would recommend them to literally anyone in need of a plumbing company. Far above and beyond expectation. 5 Stars, Easy.

Had an excellent experience. Sam was very knowledgeable, personable, and reliable. I needed an emergency inspection and they came out the same day on Christmas Eve. I would recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing need. Update: Josh was excellent,timely and thorough when it came to finishing my plumbing job. Thanks again Pristine Plumbing for helping my family. Your services definitely surpass other companies I’ve had past experience with.

Ken did a fantastic job clearing our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable, patient, and a great communicator. The pricing for this service was very reasonable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Scott and Carter were both absolutely exceptional. Very respectful. They didn’t lag on the job. They both were very hard workers If we ever have to have any plumbing or line issues in the future, we will definitely be calling Pristine plumbing I highly recommend this company above and beyond any company I’ve ever used

Pristine Plumbing is AMAZEBALLS!! Courteous, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Fast. You won't be disappointed, guaranteed. The ladies on the phone (Nicci and Natalie?) and Ken and Dale and David and Gordon and Josh and Stephan and Anthony have gone above and beyond to make an unpleasant event as painless and "nice" as possible. (Even Ron "the boss" was ok 😉) Yes, 10 people worked on our situation from Thursday to Tuesday to get everything squared away! Brilliant! Thanks everyone in pink!
