Disappointed with our visit. They require you to buy their own socks even if you’re already wearing grip socks, which felt unnecessary. Many of the toys in the toddler area were broken, and overall the place did not feel clean. What bothered me most is that parents are allowed to walk around the toddler area wearing outdoor shoes while toys are on the floor where little ones crawl and play. It’s unhygienic and concerning for a space meant for young children. Definitely needs better cleanliness standards and maintenance.Will never go back.

This is too cute. While on vacation, took grandson there for his first birthday. We all got cute yellow and black footsies to enter and went to the age appropriate area. My grandson was more attracted to the net and paintings on the wall. Saw lots of older lil children having a good time one the slides, mats, etc. My grandson was probably thinking he'll return when he can hand with the bigger kids. It was busy that day and took close to 10 minutes to check in, but it was worth the wait. My face is still aching from all the smiles on it looking at children having fun. It's a safe indoor space for younger children, well staffed, lots of observations and supervision. Check it out.

I wanted to like this place. I have been to the Valencia location and it was MUCH cleaner and maintained. The condition was disappointing. The honeycomb village (pretend play) was missing so many toys and just unsanitary. The least they can do is keep up with maintaining their toys or buying new ones to replace the old. The colorful slides were filthy. The bathroom sinks and floor were dirty. It doesn’t look like they have anyone regular sanitizing. When I asked if they had someone sanitizing they told me yes, so if they are they aren’t doing their job. I unfortunately booked a birthday party for my daughter here in a couple of weeks and I left a voicemail seeking a full refund from customer support because I am dissatisfied and I feel that they misrepresented their location. Today is 8/26. I will update as soon as I hear back. THIS IS AN UPDATED REVIEW 8/28 I was able to get in contact with Elisabetta, head of customer support, she was very kind and serious about the situation that occurred. She was fast at responding and very sincere. I was able to get my refund based on my experience here at the Billy beez Anaheim location. MY REVIEW IS SOLELY BASED ON THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM. I truly hope this location finds a way to keep it maintained. Thank you elisabetta. 🙏🏻

This indoor playground is very clean and airy. The obstacle courses are very safe, very well built and cushioned everywhere. My 3 year old had a blast. No matter where your kid is in the obstacle course, you can easily see and supervise them because its well throughout design. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great little find for my son to play has all sorts of climbing areas and a ton of slides. The only downside you have to pay for parking but they do validate for 2 hours. Prices to get in are very reasonable, 1 child, 4y, and 2 adults with 1 pair of socks, $35. This place is in the Disney garden walk, so you get something to eat afterward. On a side note, the price for admission was all day, so we played and got something to eat and went back to play some more. Some reviews said it was expensive. I found it almost the same price as Skyzone. They make you buy socks, but all the indoor playground I have been in make you buy socks. Facility hygiene was not bad when I went Sunday, not that busy, so it was pretty clean.
