My first time here and it's very spacious and lots of fun to experience. I had a play date with my best friend and our girls had a blast. We will come back! The downside was the worker at the snack shop who was absolutely rude. A horrible attitude for a kids play place. She needs to go! THANK GOD for good management CESAR the manager took care of my issue and could not have been anymore kinder! We will be back for sure and look forward to more fun and good snacks!

I hope there was -5 stars rate for this place. My husband already took my baby here and he said it was okay and I BROUGHT MY BABY’s “Billy Beez Socks” (which is required) and Jessica forced me to buy it. I SAW SOCKS POLICY IN WEBSITE ALREADY AND SHE KEPT SAYING “YOU NEED TO BUY IT ANYWAY. I dont know about website.” With so much rude attitude. And never say sorry. She said she is one of the managers there and I would love to share this with my social media friends. She is very famous now. Thanks

Place is alright could be cleaner we’ve been to place like this through the US . However this one gets one star . They charged full price with no AC . I asked as we enter because I felt it was warm and didn’t want to go in if the AC was broken . The attendant said they just “got it changed “ that apparently it would cool soon . We were up in the playscape and a vent was blowing nothing but warm air so it was not fixed . It’s stayed consistently 80 to 90 degrees . We won’t be going again after today .

They literally have no toys left to play with it's like an empty Barren Wasteland of old beat up dirty toys that don't really get cleaned I mean the place is filthy
