If you want to have a nice wholesome time with friends, don’t come here. Hella vulgar/degenerate rap music playing the whole time on the screens above the lanes. Can’t imagine someone bringing their kids here. Feel like I need to refresh my soul after coming to this place fr.

I used to come to this place regularly with friends — it used to be one of our top hangout spots. Sadly, that changed after a terrible encounter with one of the employees. We were still inside for just a few minutes after closing when the employee stormed in and started yelling at us instead of calmly asking us to leave. The way it was handled was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. Management should train their staff on basic customer courtesy, regardless of the time. This experience really showed how poorly this place is being run now. If you expect to be treated with even a little respect, I’d suggest finding another spot — because respect clearly isn’t a priority here anymore.

Zero star, I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at Lucky Strike was honestly disappointing. (D’ough) I believe was the employee helped us, his customer service was terrible — the staff were rude, unhelpful, only the bartender was nice!!the stuff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than assisting paying customers. When I tried to ask for help, I was either ignored or given an attitude from D’ough which made the whole visit uncomfortable. It’s frustrating to spend your money somewhere and be treated like you’re an inconvenience instead of a guest. Management didn’t seem to care either, which says a lot about how they value their customers. I was really looking forward to a fun experience, but the poor service completely ruined it. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who expects even basic respect or professionalism.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at Lucky Strike Bowling with my family! As first-time visitors, the staff's communication was excellent and made us feel comfortable right from the start. The bowling was so much fun and the food was genuinely great - really impressed by the quality! The combination of excellent service, delicious food, and a fun bowling experience made for a perfect family outing. We're already planning our next visit and will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend!

Got here and the vibe was cool. Was a bit dark and like mysterious. Loved the decor! They also had pool tables! The booths by the bar are also super cute and in prime positioning of TV screens! It was a bit warm so it got a bit hot lol. The food was good. Ordered a chicken pizza and it was nice and crunchy and chicken tasted yummy. The beer was good too.
