Great atmosphere. Just food service took too long. I had party booked for 2pm and food was supposed to be ready no later than 2:15pm ans we didn't get it until 3:20. Hungry little guests had to wait and fill up with water and juices that were delivered on time. They did extend their bowling time 30min to make up for the food taking soo long. Other than that kiddos had a great time.

We had our son’s birthday party here and we all had a great experience our server Shay was awesome. Anything we needed she was right there for our group. I definitely recommend coming here for either a birthday or just to bowel.

They put my family with young child on a lane with broken bumper, I informed staff who moved us to next lane over. Then they put another family with young kids on same lane with broken bumper and they had to move lanes as well. Having broken equipment is one thing, but having staff that simply does not care is another issue, especially when this place charges crazy money for bowling. If this was my first time ever going bowling, I would not want to go again. Flashing lights and loud music does not compensate for broken equipment and indifferent staff

I hosted a birthday party for my child, with around 20 guests. We prepaid and everything was organized ahead of time. People showed up and the manager were hovering over our party trying to count every thing we did. They wanted to charge more for adults taking eating the food that we've already paid for. At the 2 hour mark, we were still finishing birthday songs and they were already trying to rush us out when they were not even that busy. The place has gone downhill it used to be super busy on a Saturday afternoon, and I suspect that it's because of the attitude of this location. Chips and salsa was $69, everything was overpriced. I would definitely NOT return and would recommend other parents not to have their kids birthday party there. Service was minimal. We didn't argue about the extra charges we just paid it. It was close to $1,000 for 2 hours / 14 kids + their parents for a very basic party. Also, the restroom does not have paper towels (consistent with other reviews).

A little expensive ($35 for two games) and a very weird atmosphere. They play random tick rocks on the background and it's just.. odd ... The shoes were pretty warn too. Staff seemed nice. Bartender was very nice. I'm not sure if I would visit again if I had free time in the area. The drop off area for it was nice with the electronic fish tanks and such. Lots to do in the area.
