Carlos was wonderful. Professional, polite & pleasant. After viewing my issues with both outside water faucets & possible busted pipe plus replacing everything necessary he wrote up an estimate explaining the low to high end cost. I appreciate that and that it was a flat rate. He worked tirelessly in the cold & cleaned up everything. This was my first time using this company. From the start everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional, very courteous & have kept me up to date on timing with my scheduled appointment. I will call & request Carlos soon for another project. I had a great experience with Sebastian. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done right. I really appreciate his attention to detail and friendly attitude. Christian was very nice and patient. He explained the process and made sure I understood what he was going to be doing. Ive never had this type of work done so I wasn't sure what the going prices are but for the customer service I received, I didnt mind the price. He had to wait for equipment to arrive and he was very pleasant about waiting. I am extremely satisfied with the work he provided and will definitely refer to others. Thanks Christian and God Bless!

I would like to specifically call out Rhett for coming out and being amazing with analyzing and working with us to determine best solution for replacing our water heater. The technicians Kevin and Manny came and got the water heater installed very quickly and efficiently. I strongly recommend and we would definitely use Billy Go for future repairs! They even went out of their way to move some things we had in the way!
