We have used ARS in the past for our AC installation and we continue to use them due to the nature of good work quality and best in service. Our service representative Kevin and are two install technicians Saul and Paul made our situation and experience pleasant. Saul and Paul are very knowledgeable and understanding of what to do. I asked questions and they automatically had an answer and was up to par with the installation. Overall ARS knows how to build their team to provide a good service and product to us consumers. Thank you ARS now our family can stay warm and cool at the same time.

Couldn’t be happier with ARS! We needed to replace 2 water heaters in less than a month. Steven & Jose were very professional, friendly & helpful, as were everyone at ARS with whom I interacted. They arrived when (or earlier) they said they would arrive. The installations were performed in a timely & professional manner. They offered extras, but didn't push or try to hard sell us unnecessary parts or services. I highly recommend ARS for your plumbing needs.

Their hydrojetting service was flawless. It was a drain we had been trying to clear ourselves with various machines. Their hydrojetting service completed the job in less than 30 minutes. Their 2 technician was nice. They provided same-day service. I would have been more satisfied if their prices were a bit lower, but in the end, I'm satisfied and grateful.

Mr Bruce Andrik did a very thorough check in all our rooms to make sure that we were getting both cold air and heat. He took time to check all the air vents and found one that was close. That's why we weren't getting cold nor hot air in that room. He answered all my questions, and explained everything very clearly. He. Is a great HVAC technician. Very professional and respectful. Hope to see him again next maintance checkup. Mrs. Cleo Cruz

I must of just been unlucky after looking through all of these reviews. My wife and I just moved into our home and one of the toilets were leaking from the backside. To start off, my appointment was scheduled any time between 10-2. 2 o'clock rolls around, no call/text about the plumber running late because of another job. I waited till about 3 and called their number to see what was going on. The woman I spoke to said she was going to reach out to dispatch or plumber, I can't remember. Another hour passes, still hadn't heard anything. I called again around 4 and they said the plumber was running behind because of another job. I said, "do you guys normally let people know that kind of thing?" The woman said, "yes sir." That's all she said. Anyways, the plumber gets here at 6:30 that evening, you know, only 4.5 hours after the appointment window had closed. He said he needed to change out the bolts and gasket. I said, "okay great." He finishes the work and goes on his way. An hour later I use the restroom and hear dripping from the back of the toilet. So here we are present day. My appointment window was this morning from 8-12. I stayed home from work hoping that they'd get here early enough so I could go in for a half day. It is now 4:16 and 1 phone call later, still no plumber has shown up. Completely unacceptable. The picture shows how much water has leaked since this morning around 7 a.m.
