I found Tommy on Yelp 15 years ago. Every review was 5 stars and described the same experience I’ve had with him repeatedly. Every time I’ve called him, he has responded quickly and even diagnosed issues over the phone to get ahead of the repair. His repairs have been solid and priced fairly. I have referred him to easily a dozen friends and family members who have all been equally as pleased with his service. Likely often at his own expense, he has told me when the fix is just too expensive or not likely to last and has advised me to consider replacing the appliance rather than repairing it. That’s the mark, in my mind, of a true professional.
Tommy was fantastic. He gave his honest opinion regarding a dryer repair which resulted in the right solution. He was punctual, completed the job quickly and at an affordable rate. Highly recommend!
We called Tommy out to assess our GE fridge. I had been given his information from an acquaintance who has used him in the past and were very happy. He came out on time and was able to assess the situation rapidly. Unfortunately for us the cost of the part was not worth the repair for an old fridge. We found the experience with Bishop repair to be good and would use him again. Glad to have his information.
Highly recommend! We have used Tommy's help to service multiple different appliances, and each time I have been impressed. He is timely and responsive, fair and direct, and extremely knowledgable. He does not quit until the job is done, and he does not try to charge you for an expensive fix if it makes more sense to replace. If you have an appliance issue, Tommy is the person to call.
My 22 year old Kenmore fridge stopped cooling & Tommy from Bishop was recommended to me from a neighborhood group. He came out following day & gave me an honest, free assessment. My fridge was a goner unfortunately, but Tommy was excellent. He called when he was on his way, arrived early to the appointment and was personable & courteous. Highly recommended!!
