I don’t even know where to begin. I went there Saturday evening with a group of four. Upon walking in, the place had a nice vibe, but it was surprisingly empty. There appeared to be only one woman working, and her behavior was very concerning. She did not seem simply tired, drunk, or high it was something more, and it made us uncomfortable. We asked if we could get a lane, and she told us lanes must be booked two weeks in advance, despite there being three to four lanes open the entire time we were there. Because of that, we decided to play pool instead, as the tables were empty. Throughout the evening, she stood off to the side watching us several times, and at one point was walking around speaking incoherently, basically speaking in cursive I kid you not! Overall, the experience was disappointing and uncomfortable. This is somewhere I had been looking forward to taking my kids, but after this experience, I absolutely will not be doing that. I cannot expose them to an environment where staff behavior is this concerning. It’s truly a letdown, because the space itself has so much potential.
I dont recommend this place, or any gifts to this place. I was gifted a $200 gift card purchased at the lincoln location at the end of sept. When trying to use it, I was not treated kindly or like I was authentic (I should have left once I felt this way) BUT i had never been here and was excited to try it out. The manager thought I was lying about a gift card and wouldn't work in her system, and she was treating me like i didnt have a real gift card. She claimed it was from omaha location which closed, It was odd because the gift card was purchased from this lincoln location in person with cash. It was a gift by an honest family member. They could have looked up in their system that day of gc purchases and seen the $200 card. The manager told me the business would eat the $200(which isnt true because it was purchased from the business) and continually made me feel unwelcome and not hospitable at all. Its really how you treat someone and how you talk to them. the lady did give us our bowling and drinks "for free" even though the gift card covered it. She told me to make it right she would put the remaining balamce on a gift card, no big deal. After we got done bowling the manager wrote me an iou piece of paper.(literally a piece of cardboard paper) after being told I would recieve a gift card and being given a piece of paper with no legibility. I really dont recommend this place. I dont think I will ever return even if I was gifted a gift card (theyre not real anyways from here guys) or if I was invited to a party there I would not go. There's no hospitality or genuine kindness there. I thought it was also weird that in order for a middle lane to get bumpers put on the gentleman working stood on top of the lanes and climbed on top of each bowling lane to get to a center lane to toss the bumpers on instead of walking down the aisles. Seemed really unsafe for customers and the employee.
We reserved a lane for 11:00 am on a Saturday morning - this was a perfect activity for our family on a hot day.
FREE BOWLING DURING EVERY HUSKER FOOTBALL GAME! Check this place out for yourself. Great Fun Atmosphere. Highly recommend this for a family night out, date night, birthday party, or just to have fun. My first time there was for their Husker Football season kickoff party with free soda drinks and food (chicken baskets with french fries which was really good). The football game was on every tv with fans cheering and bowling at the same time. Staff was very attentive and had great customer service, bringing drink refills without being asked. Highly impressed!! A few weeks later we return for my sister's birthday party. Same great atmosphere, food, staff, all while having a blast. Food prices were decent. 3 adults ate and bowled for an hour for under $50 total. I have been back several times since then and wish I could rate higher then 5 stars. It seems like they have something going on most night - Family night where kids eat free with reduced lane rentals, Husker Football games with free bowling, Adult night 21+ on Friday and Saturday nights from 9 PM until Midnight.
What can I say, I'm 43 years old and I had so much fun WonderBowling! I can see this place becoming very popular. I recommend this place for both the young and the older. :) The bowling balls are the size of a softball. It's best to reserve a lane online by the hour. The appetizers were bomb! We had chicken tenders and the BEST fries and onion rings. All of the staff was super friendly and curious! One more thing: if your front pin is a striped candy cane and you get a strike, a donation is given to children in need.

Where family fun strikes big with mini bowling, great food, and unforgettable memories!
