Fun atmosphere. Perfect for the kids! A couple of games we had issues with and lost credits. Also was food was good for that classic arcade experience.

Me and my client are in here every day of the week. He carries a heavy oxygen tank. There used to always be someone at the front counter to assist us. Apparently the GM cut hours and now when we come in we're standing up there ten plus minutes waiting for someone to help us load his card to play video games. We shouldn't have to wait that long to be helped. Especially when my client is carrying a heavy oxygen tank. He loves it here so we'll keep coming but I'm going to speak to a manager about this. It's absolutely absurd to wait that long.

Had a good experience, could be better if things were working. We saw many games that were out of order. We also did karaoke but one of the mics didnt work. Though afterwards they did say we could've just came and ask for another mic but we didnt think of that🤷♂️. I was also disappointed at the karaoke song selection. They say Japanese karaoke which is correct as it is originally Japanese but there's no Japanese songs which I was excited for. But instead it's an American version with outdated visuals. How does this place have japanese arcade machines but not Japanese songs for karaoke? I really liked the crane games with all the plushies and figures available. Also tried to get the uma card but sadly they ran out😪. I hope they can get better at maintaining the machines, if they do that then it would've been the best experience. Will come again sometime.

This place is a literal dump. Several machines out of order. When I say several, I mean about half. The floor is dirty. The staff isn't friendly. They won't allow you to have a glass of water unless you buy a bottle of water, but shocker, they are OUT of bottles. They still won't give us any water in a cup. Don't waste your money. Some of the machines that don't say "out of order" just take your tickets and don't let you play. I'll add photos of the many broken machines!

I thought the place was amazing and well maintained. I had minimal issues with using the games. There is a couple that need to be serviced or maintenance but it didn't impact my experience in any major way. My only issue during my visit was that I couldn't use the 90 minute unlimited play the same time I'm getting credits on a new card. Other than that myself and my son had a great experience playing a variety of games. It was very reminiscent of arcades in Japan.
