Very poor customer service Wait in line for 45 minutes or longer to get a drink and then she spills half of it giving it to you. The tables are few and never cleaned or wiped off during the day everything is a gross sticky mess. But the kids have fun playing.

I am pretty disappointed in our overall experience with Urban Air the weekend of 11/22. We attended a birthday party. We expected it to be busy due to it being a Saturday. However, there was trash everywhere. I was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait for a pretzel and the wait was over 40 minutes. Another customer waited almost an Hour for her food. The young lady at the food register was very rude to multiple customers. There was no adult supervising the employees. I hope they can get some adult management to be upfront supervising a smooth running environment.

My family and I had such a wonderful time at Urban Air! The whole place was fun, and full of energy but what really made the visit stand out was the amazing service from Christian. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful the entire time. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure everyone has a great experience and plays safely. I didn’t quite catch the names of the 2 girls that check us in when we came in but they were very friendly as well! I’ll definitely be coming back soon, and I’ll be recommending this location to my friends and family. Thank you, Christian and everyone that played their role in making the day so special! 🎉👏

The kids had a lot of fun but the place was gross. There was trash all over and everything was sticky. There was also old gum stuck to the play areas. Poor cleaning job.

I had read through the reviews for this location to be better prepared, study what to look out for and to see if there were suggestive solutions. The second we walked in, we were met with information we needed and friendly staff members who welcomed us in and interacted with the kids to amp the excitement. I heard complaints about the socks for purchase. Honestly, that’s a personal opinion, as for myself, as a parent who worries about germs and things my kids touch being sanitary.. I appreciate them. The socks also become a fun souvenir. I seen the complaint of not having enough seating for parents to observe.. I believe there is a sufficient amount of seating, but a lack of parents and their kids cleaning up after themselves.. leaving a ton of garbage at the tables can appear as that table being occupied by kids playing and planning to return.. I get it’s a kids domain but come on, at least try to put the water bottles in the garbage and not on the floor. I also seen and heard complaints about pricing, which I believe at first seemed like a lot, but after seeing the efforts of the staff, the amount of activities, and the in depth hands on the staff has to have in order for these activities to be opened, it’s a great price. Over all, I really enjoyed this place, I believe the staff is very under appreciated and could use more acknowledgement. There really wasn’t much I could genuinely find to complain about that doesn’t come with the territory of a ton of kids running around. I dub this as a must stop shop for sure!!!
