I attended the Bodhi Meditation 8-day retreat with the intention of re-establishing a consistent meditation practice and improving overall well-being. The program is thoughtfully designed, especially for beginners, and is easy to follow while still being meaningful and impactful. Throughout the retreat, the teachings focused on self-awareness, emotional balance, compassion, forgiveness, and learning not to cling to emotions. The instructors clearly explained how mental patterns and negativity can affect both health and quality of life, and how cultivating positive habits, mindfulness, and good karma can support long-term well-being. Multiple meditation techniques and practical life lessons were shared, making the experience both educational and applicable to daily life. By the end of the retreat, I felt calmer, more grounded, and mentally refreshed.
