Came here for my BLS testing after the online portion, which was interesting and clear. Building access instructions were very clear, and the room was very clean. The option to practice and feedback from the web app were very nice. The infant BVM seemed finicky - the volume of breaths was very inconsistent, but maybe I was doing something wrong 😬

I've been taking these classes for years now.The educational materials were excellent. They get better and better every time. My only frustration was that I did both BLS & ACLS together. But the practical exam were exactly the same for both classes. It shouldn't be necessary to do the very same activity twice.

I attended the BLS class at Safety Training Seminars and was very impressed. Top 3 things I loved: 1) Clear instructors 2) Catered to different learning styles. I loved the short video explanation after each section for the didactic portion3) Convenient scheduling and clear materials. The training was thorough and I left feeling fully prepared for emergencies. I would definitely recommend their BLS classes.

I’m satisfied with my experience at Safety Training Seminar. The BLS and ACLS I enrolled in were comprehensive, updated (2025) and well-structured. The online resources were easy to understand. I completed my online course at my own pace. The Milpitas site for skills session is conducive to learning, VAM allowed you to practice and gives real time feedback on your skills. I was expecting a megacode on acls skills part, but it was more focused on high-quality cpr and ventilation. Customer service was helpful and responds in timely manner thru phone call or email. I would recommend STS to anyone seeking quality professional development. If you have unpredictable schedule, better to avail their $10 insurance fee for rescheduling skills exam as many times as you want.

This training has everything you need to get certified and educated. The education part can be done at home , self paced, which I loved. I have a busy schedule and this allowed me to take it at the time I was available. There is videos and a small question answer part in the end to review the information. Give yourself breaks as it can be a lot of information all at once, specially if you have never done this course. Afterwards you have a hands on training at a nearby location. Mine was 8min from my house. Super convincente. You have a virtual teacher that guides your learning from beginning to end. Provides feedback and tips and additional information to supplement your learning. The facility is clean, professional and safe. Two students are able to take the in person assessment. Making it less stress free and more comfortable. They provide all the materials and equipment and at the end you receive the certification on line. Easy to download and print. This is my second time taking a class with them and I will most likely continue renewing it with them due to the easy access and convenience of how they set up signing up for classes, payment and delivery as well as support.
