My spiritual journey started 20+ yrs ago with a simple thought of learning a meditation but it has been a beautiful journey by learning who I am and what is my goal in life and now I know I can achieve it by daily practice of spiritual knowledge. I feel very blessed and fortunate to be connected to the Brahma Kumaris center in Silicon Valley. Sister Kusum has been an awesome teacher, role model and spiritual guide for me. She is serving the community selflessly and with true love. I have been through many difficult times in my life but by applying the BK knowledge have made me a stronger and positive person. I am very grateful for all the love and support I receive from sister Kusum and my Brahmin family each and every day. I would happily say that the BK center is my home away from home. Thank you.
It has been a true blessing to connect with the Brahma Kumaris and receive their guidance. Through my time there, I was able to overcome the guilt and depression that had weighed on me for many years. By practicing daily meditation and attending the center at least once a week, I learned the importance of self-discipline, as well as how to truly love, respect and care for myself. This inner transformation has not only improved my relationship with myself but has also deepened my connections with others and the world around me. Today, I feel a sense of freedom and happiness that I hadn’t experienced before, and I am deeply grateful for the peace and clarity Brahma Kumaris has brought into my life.

As we detox our body, its beneficial to detox our mind and emotions once in a while. Specially when we managing different aspects of life all at once. This is that place for me. I know and so, value myself and my relationships around better. Having people who are helping themselves and others around is an inspiration, and makes my journey of self refection easy. Classes here have brought in a great deal of positive changes and life in me. They are free and I recommend everyone to give this place a try!!
