I’ve been attending BODIED SJ since October, and it has quickly become one of my favorite parts of the week. Valeria is an incredible instructor. Her classes are challenging in the best way, but always accessible, supportive, and thoughtfully designed. The combination of strength, conditioning, and pace makes the workouts engaging without ever feeling intimidating. What really sets this studio apart is the camaraderie in the room. The community energy is genuine, encouraging, and fun. Even on days when I arrive tired, I leave feeling stronger, grounded, and connected. It is rare to find a space where the format, instruction, and group dynamic all work this well together. If you are looking for a studio that delivers great workouts and a welcoming, uplifting environment, I highly recommend BODIED SJ.
I tried this place out because of class pass and I was super nervous to try a group workout class. My friend encouraged me and asked me to go with her so I was excited to do it with someone else. I also hadn't intentionally worked out in like 2 weeks so I was really scared to try and keep up with the workout. I have to say I was so pleasantly surprised! Kimber was my instructor and omg what a sweetheart! She was so encouraging, kind and very gentle with her corrections. I really enjoyed they music they played as well and the vibe of the space was really on point. We did strength training and abs, the workouts were perfectly spaced and timed so you never feel like your in anyones way or rushed. The cool down was super awesome too they have a really well rounded program. I think this place is awesome for beginner and experienced fitness goers, there is such a nice girl vibe and I know that everyone would feel comfortable in this space. This place is also kid friendly so all you moms can feel comfortable during your workout! The owner was sooo sweet too Cindy you have a great workout studio !
I love this gym! The classes are great and the staff is awesome! They have class pass for those looking to try a new gym and new classes. I love they have Step class on Monday night followed by Pilates.
I can’t say enough good things about Bodied! The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the trainers truly make you feel like part of a community. They are knowledgeable and always ready to offer support and encouragement. The gym itself is clean, and gotta love the pink turf!! If you’re looking for a place to work out where you feel valued and motivated, this is it!
I am on my 3rd week of being part of this amazing gym. The gym it self is clean. The trainers that run the classes are very nice and personable. They have made me a 6am workout person which in the past I would never imagine myself waking up that early to work out. Being a new mom this gym provides me a safe place to be fit. the trainers will treat you with the upmost respect and they have passion for fitness. thank you ladies at bodied. Don’t be afraid to try out the gym it’s a safe place for anybody.
