I’ve been going to WESTCA for about 9 months now, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough, especially the semi private classes. From day one, my trainer Ivan has been incredibly supportive. He took the time to understand my goals and built a plan that actually made sense for what I wanted to achieve. What really stands out is how closely he checks in with me almost every day on how I’m feeling, how my body is responding, and then adjusts the workouts accordingly. That level of attention and care makes a huge difference. Because of the structured and well thought out programming, I’ve gained a lot of muscle and strength over these months. Ivan also goes beyond just workouts. He regularly checks in on nutrition, sleep, and overall recovery, which has helped me build a much more holistic and sustainable approach to fitness. The gym itself is clean, well maintained, and has a great community vibe. Everyone is welcoming, and it genuinely feels like a place where people support each other. Shoutout to Tory and Adam as well for always being friendly and taking the time to say hello. Big shoutout to Ivan in particular. He’s taught me how to train sustainably and stay accountable, not just in the gym but with my overall habits. Been going for the past 3ish months and it's been amazing! The staff is very friendly and the gym is not super intimidating like others that I've been to. Very welcoming and chill atmosphere. It's never too crowded (at least in the morning) and you typically never need to wait for machines/benches. Really great equipment too! Parking is pretty decent as well, there's a structure right across the street that offers the first 90 minutes free - perfect time to get a decent session in and get back before the limit. I've been training semi-privately with Adam and have been really enjoying my time spent working out with him. Adam is very knowledgeable, positive, and easy-going. He'll push you in appropriate yet challenging ways, and help you stay consistent. He's also SUPER flexible with sessions, so if you can't make a few days then it can be easily rescheduled. I look forward to every session with Adam as his energy is just great. Since working with Adam, I've already noticed changes in my strength and appearance after just a few months which is great. Their training program is definitely quite an investment, but it's worth it if you struggle with gym knowledge like me. From what I've seen in passing, the other trainers here are fantastic as well but my experience has been exclusively with Adam. Overall WESTCA has been amazing and I definitely recommend coming here!
I have been training with Adam for nearly 3 years. Having trained with various trainers in the past, he is the best I’ve worked with. He never misses sessions, always approaches each workout with intention and care, and caters our time together to focus on my needs. I have absolutely noticed an overall change in my physical composition and strength. If you’re looking for a gym with great vibes and zero bad energy, Westca is the gym for you!
Ivan is the best trainer! He's very supportive, understands my goals, and is adaptable with my programming to help achieve my goals. Ivan is great to work with and would highly recommend him to anyone regardless of where they are at in their fitness journey. Also, Tory and Meghan create a fun and safe environment to be in and am so glad I found WESTCA. It's a great way to start my day and I always look forward to my workouts. The people and clientele within WESTCA are all friendly and encouraging as well. 10/10!
