Truly life changing! My body has never felt better!!! Amy is an amazing instructor. I trust her with my mind, body, spirit, and life. I absolutely cannot say enough positive things about how Pilates has improved my well-being. You simply have to try it for yourself.

Amy provides wonderful personal Pilates guidance. She's experienced and gifted in her knowledge of what your body needs to get stronger. You'll notice personal improvement in just 1 or 2 sessions.

Amy Jelinger is an intuitive, patient, knowledgeable instructor and can effect real change over time. I used to have chronic back pain among other problems ... after spending some time with Amy at her studio (in individual and group sessions) she has restored me to as close to normal as I can ever hope for. :) I am very thankful for Amy and Body Defined!!
