This gym is a great fit for what I was looking for! I wanted a smaller gym that gave me options - free weights, machines, floor space, treadmill, elliptical, etc, to get me out of the house to work out. Trainer help is available to set up if you want more. Place is clean, people are all ages and friendly. Love that I can come when I want.

Been going on and off to this gym for 10 years. Been through a few owners now. Here's some feedback: Fix the heat, bolt down the machines, put the clock back on the rear wall, and play better music that's uncensored and louder.

The best part about Fitness 419 is the people! The members are friendly and the staff makes you feel welcome. I've been motivated to reach my goals more at this gym than anywhere else. There's something for just about everybody, machines, free weights, open areas for sleds, tire flips, and stretching.

Formerly called Fitness 4 All, the gym was sold and renamed Fitness 419. The sign outside has not yet been changed to reflect that. New ownership is on site more often than the old ownership and keeps equipment in working order. There has been an attempt to bring in new machines. The club is not overly full so there is not a big problem getting on equipment when you need it. Members have 24/7 access to the gym and the gym is kept clean. Membership rates are in line with other gyms in the area.
