Thanks, Dakota Williams, for piecing me together yet again on my most recent trip to Minneapolis. You are so skilled, finding new approaches to my old injuries. Each of the 3 times I've visited you over the past 2 years, I've left your studio walking better, in less pain, and feeling whole again. This kind of treatment is not something I would expect to be able to find while traveling, so I'm doubly grateful. You understood exactly what my body needed. I'll see you on my next trip to Minneapolis!

I just went to Body of the Earth for the first time and it was just such a beautiful sanctuary space and experience. It's healing and special to find a place for massages and wellness for and by Black and other people of color – such a needed rarity and I'm glad this place exists here in Minneapolis. I went in for a 60 minute massage with Ty, the founder of the space, and he was thoughtful, caring, funny, and, of course, such a skilled bodyworker. He helped me walk through how to get the most out of the massage in an intentional way, particularly given some of my past injuries but also given my stress and mental load. His attention and care to the mind/body connection and the intentionality around the whole experience and space was such a pleasant surprise. Also, the space is cute, plant-filled, airy, and sunny. I left a happier and more relaxed person! I look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

I was surprised with a 90-minute couples massage at Body of the Earth Wellness & Massage to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary—and it was absolutely perfect. The studio is peaceful, and filled with natural light from huge windows overlooking the park, which added such a calming touch. Both massage therapists were fantastic—skilled, professional, and delivered a massage that was both firm and deeply relaxing. It was the perfect way to unwind and reconnect. Highly recommend!

I loved the intuitive nature that my massage therapist Andrea Potter has while releasing tension in my body. I’m so grateful for her gift as a healer.
