Body Bar is excellent. Especially Jen. They make every one feel welcome and are very knowledgeable about fitness and Pilates. I have become stronger and feel better physically and mentally. They are kind and helpful. They are careful to watch form and it’s worth every dime. Great place!
If you’re someone looking to get into shape this year I highly recommend Body Bar Pilates in Eagle! There’s a class for everyone from beginner to advanced, young and vintaged (I’m in the vintaged category)! When I first started out I could not stretch below my knees and suffered from severe back pain. It’s been three years now and I’m called “Gumby” by some of my classmates because of the mobility have now! The instructors are amazing and personable. They offer private classes too of which I have benefited from especially when I first started going. The gals that man the front desk are always friendly and helpful. I could go on but it’s time to get ready for class!!
Love Body Bar Pilates! Their instructors are all amazing and enjoyable. They always challenge me to the level I need/want. I have gone to other Pilates gyms, and the difficulty levels were not at all challenging. Highly recommend this gym for any fitness level or age.
OMG she is better than I even imagined! MaryKay was highly recommended to me by my St. Luke’s physical therapist because I had gone to a different Pilates club and really hurt myself. Hence the need for PT. MaryKay has been amazing, a wealth of knowledge, excellent communication, and many gems thrown in for my specific needs. I am delighted!
