I have been away for a few weeks and today was my first day back... Why in the world would you get rid of the cleaning supplies?!?!?! Your instructions to "take 1 paper towel, spray it and clean the machine" are ridiculous! First of all, the entire hour and a half I was in there, I saw 2 people clean their machine, and I was one of them! Second of all, those paper towels immediately disintegrate the second they're wet... And then to remove all of the hand sanitizing stations??? Oh wait, I saw 1 on my way out the door. So disappointed. The ability to have cleaning supplies and control over whether or not the machines I use are clean was one of the main reasons I switched to this gym. Not cool.

I have been loving this gym for the past few month but, I was really taken aback by the new policies that have recently been forced. Starting this Monday (12/22/25) I came into the gym with no personal microfiber towels in sight and only a single paper towel dispenser and only one spray bottle for the gym goers to use. I can say, I have had multiple fellow gym goers talk about this new change very negatively. They were also giving those microfiber towels away the next day. This has to be temporary because this isn’t going to workout in the long run. Unless they have a worker meticulously cleaning each workout area, these machines and equipment are going to get very dirty very soon.

I’m beyond disappointed with this gym’s decision to remove basic cleaning supplies. They took away towels and individual spray bottles and replaced them with only two shared spray bottles for the entire gym, while also limiting members to one paper towel per use. Unsurprisingly, the gym is now disgustingly dirty. Machines are visibly sweaty and unsanitized, and members are left waiting or skipping cleaning altogether. Making this change right before flu season is irresponsible and shows a complete disregard for member health and hygiene. A gym should be one of the cleanest places you go — not somewhere you worry about germs every time you touch equipment. Until proper cleaning supplies are restored, this place is not worth the membership. Highly recommended looking elsewhere for your next gym.

new ownership took away most of the disinfectant bottles, all but 3 and have to use paper towels. disgusting

We were fleeced! My husband and I cancelled both our memberships five months ago, but they only canceled one contract. When we asked them to return our money, they refused. Neither of us have stepped into the place as proven by cameras, but still no refund. Look out!
