Second time here. It was cold the first time, now It's worse,it's absolutely freezing (4/1/26). Multiple birthday parties. More adults than kids. Staff aren't monitoring adults using the slides. Staff look like children themselves. Music can barely be heard. There's no health and safety of numbers. The lower ball pit area on the ground floor is in darkness. Tables have old food on them, no one to clean up. It smells of B.O and feet. I'm staying with going to my regular indoor soft play, Monster Mayhem in star city.
I booked my kids birthday party here and it was an awesome experience. The staff were very supportive and amazing, the place itself had a food service inside chicken and pizza, so part of the kids package they had unlimited buffet, chips, pizza, chicken nuggets unlimited juice and when i needed a little more they didnt even bat an eyelid, they actually gave it, and i was able to buy extra food for the adults to eat as well which was nice. The place itself is huge and has a great vibe, a great bouncing side and a great open play area on the other side. I genuinely this was a great shout and the best part was its amazingly priced, like think £11.99 for a child 25 max, dont quote me on that may have been £10.99 but never the less what a package and plus £1 for any accompanying adult. I will add they have this great party room but if you want nice pics, take a back drop or material to cover the wall behind the nice chair, cos its full of old paint marks, clearly from when people have pulled down their banners and stuff, so that was a little annoying, had to AI all of it out, but honestly, that was neither here nor their, just thought i would mention it so that your aware of it, but otherwise trust me, great party location. ps the kids loved it, so thats the main thing.
I booked the party room for my daughter’s birthday. I originally wanted a weekend, but it was fully booked for all of October—and now I understand why! We ended up having it on a Friday after school, and it turned out perfectly. The kids had an amazing time jumping around, and the place is really big with plenty of seating. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious with unlimited refills on squash. They even let us come in early to set up while the kids played. We booked for two hours, but they kindly gave the kids an extra half hour to play. There was plenty of food for everyone—even the adults joined in! Whatever food was left was packed for us to take home. Definitely worth every penny. We’ll be taking the kids there again and highly recommend it for children's birthday parties or just a fun day out for the kids.
Me and my family we came all way from London to Bounce Mania in Birmingham, and they absolutely loved it! The facility is fantastic, offering a dedicated toddler area with fun inflatables and a ball pit. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place is very affordable, making it great value for money. The on-site café was convenient, providing a good selection of food and drinks. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for a family day out Recommending for family with small children 1-12 years
Bounce Mania has truly been a blessing for me and my daughter, who has special needs. We’ve been coming here regularly, and every time we walk through the doors, she lights up with excitement. The environment is so warm, welcoming, and safe, which is so important to me as a parent. She absolutely loves the play area there’s so much for her to do, and it’s designed in a way that she can have fun and explore at her own pace. What really makes Bounce Mania stand out, though, is the incredible staff. The manager and all the workers are some of the kindest, most understanding people I’ve ever met. They are always so sweet and patient with her, making sure she feels comfortable, included, and happy. It’s not easy to find places that are so accepting and accommodating, but here I never have to worry.
