I found the rave reviews and checked out BRAG when I was first picking out an engagement ring for my wife. I didn’t want to go online or to a big box store for a luxury item like this. I wanted a real person I could work with to get something done just right while helping me through the process. Best decision ever! The care and attention to detail in every interaction with Ani, and in every piece the shop makes, was exactly what I was looking for. They custom-made a beautiful platinum ring with a cool twisting band that my wife adores. We came back for our wedding rings a few months later and they continued to exceed our expectations! Ani was super accommodating as we talked for a while about different styles and what would complement the engagement ring. When we walked out of the shop with the finished rings about a week before the wedding, we realized that we had a few too many stones set on the band and it didn’t look quite right. We called shortly after, met with Ani, dropped off the ring, and they had it looking perfect less than a week later, in time for the wedding. I couldn’t believe it! They really understood how important these details were to my wife and I. Their commitment to making sure you get exactly the ring you want is unmatched. Overall they did fantastic work, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

If I could rate them higher I would! I worked with Ani to design a surprise custom ring for my fiancé. She was incredible throughout the whole process. She left all creative freedom and decisions up to me, while sharing important knowledge about the ring process, stability, and durability when I needed it. BRAG perfectly captured my vision for the ring and I was blown away when I saw it in person. Thank you Ani, Sevag, and team at BRAG for playing such a huge part in our perfect day. I’m so happy I get to see this ring on my fiancés finger for the rest of my life! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We came to BRAG for our customized wedding bands and engagement ring and loved our experience! Ani was so sweet, patient, and knowledgeable, walking us through the entire process. We absolutely loved how our rings turned out and love that we are supporting a family-run local business! We even got a tennis bracelet to add to the wedding jewelry, and it was also beautiful. We recommended BRAG to two of our friends, and they both also got engagement rings from BRAG!

I would recommend BRAG to anyone who would hear it. We had such a lovely time with both engagement and wedding ring shopping, in such a relaxed environment. Ani answered so many questions we had, and was communicative the entire time and put us at ease. We loved the styles and I get compliments constantly on my rings. Please go to BRAG!! She also cleaned my engagement ring before my wedding and wow that was such a nice touch.

If you're thinking about working with BRAG for any of your jewelry needs, DO IT! My husband and I worked with BRAG for both my engagement ring and our wedding bands. They could not have made the process easier for us! First with the engagement rings, we were able to design the engagement ring exactly how we wanted it to look. Ani was super helpful in explaining all of our options and showing us different styles. The engagement ring came out perfectly! I love wearing it. For the wedding bands, we had a special request to re-use some of the gold from my grandmother's wedding band. Not only were we able to do that, but we were also able to get a very similar "scroll" pattern engraved on both my wedding band and my husband's as an homage to the original ring! It turned out beautiful and so sentimental and special. All 3 rings that we got from BRAG are gorgeous and incredibly well made. Thank you Ani and Sevag!!!
