We are very grateful we had the chance to work with The Party Place with the help of our wedding planner (YPB). Having a blank canvas for our venue meant we had the freedom to make the space reflect our vibe - and budget :) Their website and IG account were great resources to see what was possible with their inventory, and to see where more affordable swaps could be made, making it easier to make our vision come together (which was key as we were planning from across the country). We couldn't have been happier when we finally got to see it in person!

We used Bridgewood Event Rentals for our wedding and had a great experience! They have an extensive and high-quality inventory and their staff were easy to work with. They were organized and proactive in communicating longer delivery times, and very responsive when we needed to make adjustments to our order.

They seriously had EVERYTHING we needed for my daughters DIY wedding in a remote location (Estacada, OR). Makayla was absolutely AMAZING! Very responsive, very helpful and easy to work with. Delivery and pick-up were flawless. Honestly can't say enough about how easy and enjoyable the experience was (especially as I did everything for a Oregon wedding from Colorado!) Highly recommend!!!

Barclay's brought just about every rental item possible to my clean-slate wedding venue in June. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with them! Everyone I worked with had a lot of experience and knowledge, and picking stuff out of the huge inventory and variety of styles was really fun. Kevin went above and beyond, not only doing multiple site visits but also coming up with fantastic ideas that actually changed my plans up a bit and made the wedding wonderful. In the end, the wedding turned out unbelievably gorgeous, and I know the Barclay's team worked very hard to make it that way. Pictured below is the 40 x 70' tent with the tent liner... set up by the incredible Barclay's team!

Parallel Worlds Bookshop, located at 2639 NE Alberta St, Portland, OR 97211, specializes in sci‑fi, fantasy, and horror with a wide mix of new and used titles. The well‑organized shop offers plenty of editions and unique finds, with a friendly owner providing thoughtful recommendations. Smaller than Powell’s but rich in hard‑to‑find titles, consignment options, and expanded space.
