I had a great buying experience with Brilliant Earth initially - friendly sales staff and a polished showroom experience. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after the purchase. Within the first couple of months, I had to send my engagement ring back due to issues with the setting. Now, two years later, I’m dealing with the same exact problems again. I recently sent the ring in for inspection, only to be told that because they no longer make this design, they can’t fix it. Their solution? I need to buy a new ring. The only compensation offered was “metal credit,” which is essentially a fraction of what I originally paid for the setting. That means I’d still have to spend more money to replace a ring that has had ongoing design or craftsmanship issues from the start - and I’d be buying another setting from the same company that failed me twice. That’s not accountability, and it’s not acceptable for something as important (and expensive) as an engagement ring. I expected durability and long-term support, not a forced upsell when their product fails. I won’t be giving them any more of my money. I’ll be taking my business to a more reliable jeweler who stands behind their work.

She took the time to really understand our style/what we were looking for, and went above and beyond to find rings that perfectly matched our vibe. We had such a great experience. Mia met us at the front desk and encouraged us to browse while we waited for our appointment with Sherelle. She was very stylishly dressed and immediately complimented our matching outfits. We were treated to water and some exquisite dark chocolate. Sherelle, also very well-dressed, was very professional. She walked us through everything, asked thoughtful questions, listened to what we wanted, and encouraged us to look in the mirror often. We found the ring that had brought us to the store, and then we found the perfect ring for us, which wasn't even listed on the website yet. I was gently "kicked out" 🤭 of the room while Sherelle and Ashalla helped my boyfriend with the purchasing, and I had a wonderful conversation with Mia. Sherelle came out several times to ask me questions to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. My boyfriend said that both women were highly knowledgeable and helpful, as well as personable and patient through a process that involved coordination with people in multiple states to allow us to take home the ring we wanted that day. All three women stayed over an hour late with us to make sure we were taken care of. We are very excited for the rest of our purchases to be delivered soon, and absolutely highly recommend Brilliant Earth to any couple looking for the perfect set of rings.

I recently was helped by Rebecca to design an engagement ring that I and my fiancée both love!! The order was delivered a week before the initial delivery date which was a great surprise too. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and would recommend Brilliant Earth to everyone
